GLOGSTER PROJECT
In this project, I studied alone because I couldn't attend the class last week.
Before starting it, I watched the video and read the summary and the other notes about the novel 1984 by George Orwell. Then, I designed a propoganda poster about the Party by using 'Glogster' and I shared it on my blog.
I enjoyed using 'Glogster'. This was one of the most entertaining projects I have made so far.

MY 'WEBSITES' PROJECT
In this project, I listened
to an interview about a film. This film was ‘127 Hours’. This was one of the
most impressive films I have ever watched. While listening, my aim was to
understand the important points of the interview and write an article about it. I listened to it several
times until I understood its important points. To be able to understand the native speakers of English was really difficult for me. With the help of this project, my listening skill is developed. Actually, this was both difficult and beneficial project. Because I watched this film
years ago, I enjoyed while doing this project. I hope you will like it too.
The person who was
interviewed was Oscar winning scribe Simon Beaufoy, co writer of the 127 hours.
He is also writer of the Full Monty and Slumdog Millionaire. The interviewer was
Francine Stock. They talked about 127 hours and the challenge of dramatizing a narrative in which the ending is already
widely known because of its book version.
At
the beginning, the interviewer constructed the interview by giving some
information about the film. She talked about what happened in the film and who
the director is. Then, she started to
ask questions to Simon Beaufoy. He
mentioned about the limited cast of the film and its challenges. Because the
film’s ending is already common knowledge, it has a particular challenge for
its writers. They gave special time to that topic.
Then, they talked
about the book version of the film. According to Simon Beaufoy, this was the
biggest challenge to make people rethink. The interviewer asked him the
messages of the film. And the interview went on by asking and answering the
questions.
In conclusion, they
were mainly talked about the film, 127 Hours. The interviewer asked him some
question. She wanted to understand his feelings about the film. The interview
was related to both the film itself and its book version.
If I were the
interviewer, I would like to ask to him:
1) Which one do you like most? The film itself or its
book version.
2) What do you think about the setting of the film?

MY WEBQUEST PROJECT
THE FOX and THE SHEEP
Once upon a time, a fox was walking in the forest. Suddenly, he fell into a well. But it wasn’t very deep. Despite his efforts, he couldn’t get out again. He waited in the well a long time. Then, a thirsty sheep came by. When the fox saw him, he came up with an idea.

‘Hi sheep, you look
thirsty. The water in this well is the finest in this country. Jump in an drink it.’
The thirsty sheep
immediately jump in. While he was drinking water, the crafty fox jumped on the
sheep’s back and said to him:
‘You are a foolish sheep. You would have been
more cautious.’
A few minutes later, the
fox fell into a hunter’s trap. Nobody helped him and he felt sorry to deceive
the sheep.
Moral of my fable: Those who seek to harm others often come to harm themselves.
